This Privacy Policy describes how Makers Collective ("we," "us," or "our"), the nonprofit that produces Indie Craft Parade, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit indiecraftparade.com, buy tickets, sign up for our emails, volunteer, or interact with us.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

  • Name, email address, and ZIP code when you join our email list

  • Name, email address, phone number, and availability when you sign up to volunteer

  • Name, email address, and billing details when you buy a ticket (processed by our ticketing provider, Tito; we do not store your card number)

  • Your mobile number, if you choose to opt in to text message updates

  • Anything you send us through our contact form

We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • To deliver tickets and festival information

  • To send festival news and updates by email, if you have subscribed

  • To send text message updates, if you have opted in

  • To coordinate volunteer shifts

  • To understand how our website is used and improve it

Text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated festival update messages from Makers Collective / Indie Craft Parade at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the festival (ticketing, email, text messaging, volunteer scheduling, and analytics), and only so they can perform those services for us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us at the address below.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
