Why Volunteer?

Volunteering at Indie Craft Parade isn’t just about lending a hand — it’s about joining a creative community, getting a backstage pass to one of the most joyful weekends of the year, and having a whole lot of fun.

Perks include:

Exclusive volunteer T-shirt — only available to our crew
Pre-event Volunteer Happy Hour — pick up your shirt, meet the team, and get the inside scoop prior to the festival weekend
Free admission

Work one shift, get general admission tickets — one for you and one for a friend (good anytime Saturday or Sunday)
Work two shifts, get ONE weekend pass (Friday night + anytime weekend entry)

What we need help with.

You don’t need experience — just a helpful spirit and a smile. Here are some of the main roles Indie Craft Parade volunteers fill:

Welcoming and checking in attendees
Handing out admission stickers
Assisting artists at their booths (short-term booth relief)
Helping guests navigate the event
Supporting our makers and staff throughout the weekend
